or the perfect sleek, straight style everyone yearns for, I recommend using my Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner to begin the journey. These products replace the moisture that the constant use of heat appliances takes away, correcting dryness and combating dullness. You can even use my Hydrating Shampoo followed by the Amplifying Conditioner if you need just a little lift. In fact, I often mix both shampoos and conditioners together. It's like getting the best of both worlds!

One of my most important steps toward the shiny, healthy, smooth finish you want is a plain but thorough rinsing - you must take the time to rinse, rinse, rinse! Leftover oils, dirt or product will only weigh down the hair making it look tired, dull and lifeless.

Then towel-dry hair and warm a small amount of Hair Polish in the palms of your hands before applying it through the hair. I've found warming this product actually boosts its ability to seal the cuticle, while repairing and strengthening each strand. Chemistry? Miracle? Who knows? It works!

Use a blow dryer with the nozzle attachment and finish the drying process with a large round brush to smooth hair straight. Try to avoid any metal coated brushes. These bristles only generate unnecessary heat and will cause hair to be baked, not dried.

Section your hair first: top, sides and back. Start by drying the nape area first and then proceed until your entire head is dry. You don't have to do a perfect job smoothing the hair; a styling iron will do the trick.

Divide your hair into three parts again: top, sides and back. Apply Hair Polish to the ends and clip to keep separate. Starting at the nape area and taking small sections at a time, comb the hair before running the flat iron through. Complete each section until you have straightened every strand.
